Zirconium dioxide
Metal free crowns of zirconium dioxide (ZrO2) based on the CAD/CAM technology — the best solution for patients with high esthetic standards! Zirconium dioxide used as the framework material offers the highest ever biological compatibility level and is increasingly becoming the number one material in dentistry.
High fabrication precision

Fabrication of a metal free crown according to the CAD/CAM technology (computer-aided design/computer-programmed manufacture) fundamentally differs from the cermet manual casting. |
The impression made by the doctor is used to form a model to be scanned by laser. This stage is followed by the computer-aided simulation of the future crown. The cap is worked out at the milling machine from a zirconium oxide block
The complete automation of the process excludes the risk of any mistake since the system registers even micron-level deviations. This allows achieving the ideal crown fitting ensuring high esthetics, longevity and absence of inflammations.

Biological compatibility
- Zirconium oxide is the hypoallergic material and, as regards biocompatibility, supersedes any alloys, including gold. The positive clinic results are proved by histological investigations: after a semiannual contact with zirconium oxide based ceramics, no pathological changes revealed in the oral cavity.
- Zirconium oxide is characterized by a low thermal conductivity index, i.e. produces no response to hot or too cold food.
