Please remember treatment efficiency depends not only on the doctor's skill but, to a large degree, on the patient. Braces, as well as teeth, require regular and thorough care. Otherwise, there may be complications and treatment will be extended delaying the result.
For improved hygiene, use oral irrigator which will substantially facilitate your brace system cleaning task. Control the food you eat: avoid products which may damage your brace system – any hard food, nuts, crackers; especially dangerous are the soft products with hard inclusions – a roll with seeds, chocolate with nuts, etc.
